Hebrew New Testament

The Society continues to revise the Delitzsch Hebrew New Testament (DHNT) so that it is more faithful to the Greek Received Text and in a more understandable form of Hebrew. Considerable progress has been made in the past year such that eighteen New Testament books have now been fully completed; seven further books are well along in the revision process, leaving just Acts and Revelation as the main remaining work to be done. The team’s work is being checked book by book by the Society’s Senior Editorial Consultant for Linguistics as they become ready.

God willing, the basic revision of the whole New Testament will be completed by June 2023.
