57,000 Scriptures for Ethiopia

We are very grateful that in the past few days, the Amharic New Testaments with Psalms, printed by our friends at Bearing Precious Seed in Milford, Ohio, were safely received into our possession after a challenging customs clearance process in Ethiopia. The New Testaments with Psalms are now stored in our secure storage area at the distribution centre in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Included in the shipment were the following, which are all for free distribution:

• 33,060 Amharic New Testaments and Psalms
• 23,560 Amharic Gospels according to John
• 850 Arabic/English John and Romans
• 81 Chinese New Testaments

We are very thankful to the Lord for our partnership with BPS and the generosity of their supporters which enabled the printing of these Scriptures. TBS was then responsible for paying the shipping and customs clearance costs, which were quite significant. It was a great blessing to receive the Scriptures free of charge from BPS.

Please pray that the Lord will bless the distribution of His Word throughout Ethiopia.
