Expanding the Reach of the Chinese New Testament

Over the past year, the Society has continued efforts to expand the distribution and use of our Chinese New Testament, first published in 2023. We are grateful to report that distribution is steadily growing, with copies sent to recipients across the UK and Asia.

We recently received the following note from a grateful recipient in Singapore:

I am thankful to God for the kind provision of Chinese New Testaments and copies of John’s Gospel in Chinese by TBS. I will give these away to Chinese-speaking brethren in Singapore, which I trust will help to spread the word about the ongoing Chinese translation work. I will also make use of them for evangelism efforts to reach out to the lost with the everlasting Gospel of Christ. May our good Lord use this to glorify His name, and the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to spread and be embraced by the Chinese people.

Please continue to pray that the Lord would bless this work and cause His Word to go forth to Chinese speakers around the world. ‘That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus’ (Ephesians 2.7).
