God’s Word for Kenya

Whether it is a small or large grant, we pray that the Lord will bless each Scripture item that is distributed. In Kenya a smaller grant of 72 Bibles was given to a distributor who thoughtfully gave them to individuals who desired their own copy of God’s precious Word.

I gave the Scriptures to people in groups and also individuals. All the people who received the Bibles were so happy and appreciative. They praised God because of the Trinitarian Bible Society, for making the Word of God available to them. I also witnessed a new love for the Word of God in the hearts of people who had no copy of Scriptures at all on their homes. Youths were happy for receiving the small size Bible which is easy carry. The version is also good and was very much loved by Christians. It was a challenge to older people [because of] its small font especially to those whose eyes are becoming dim. They requested for larger print so that they can also benefit.

‘He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young’ (Isaiah 40.11).
