An amazing answer to prayer

The Society has the privilege of supplying God’s Word to many Christians who are quietly and humbly serving the Lord by distributing the Scriptures. Recently, one of the Society’s UK Deputation Speakers met two Dutchmen who, every Thursday afternoon, visit the streets of Antwerp and some cities in the Netherlands to make conversation, pray with people and pass on TBS English Bibles. One foreign national upon being asked if he would like a Bible replied in amazement, ‘How did you know I had been praying for one only this morning? My daughter and I cannot afford to buy one!’

Such responses are most encouraging, and we would pray that the Society can continue to publish and distribute the Scriptures, and that the Lord would bless His word to many souls.
