Distributing Bibles in Kenya

Earlier this year TBS was pleased to send sixty-four English Royal Ruby Bibles to a pastor in Kenya for free distribution. English is one of the two official languages spoken in Kenya.

Large areas in Kenya are known to be Christian, with estimates ranging between 75% and 85% of the total population identifying as such; of these, about 50% claim to be Protestant. The remaining population would largely be Muslim in the coastal regions or those who hold varying beliefs in the northern tribal regions.

The need for more Bibles remains great in Kenya. The sixty-four Bibles were distributed and many of the fifty-three million people who live in Kenya still need a Bible to read, study, and pray over. Please continue to pray for a blessing on the distribution of God’s Holy Word throughout Kenya and the rest of the world.
