Make Every Effort

God requires effort on the part of believers in living the Christian life. All Christians are instructed and encouraged to do just that through faithfully studying the Bible and applying its teachings as is taught in 2 Timothy 2.15, 'Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.'
