Reformation by the Word of God

‘As we look around us with regards to so many things, and with regards to so many claims in our day, especially with regards to the work of reformation or refreshing or revival or whatever you might call it, we simply assess any claim along those lines by asking: How central is the Word of God in that work? Is it precious in the sight of God’s people? Is it sought after? Is it believed in? Is it performed regardless of anything else? When all of that is in the work, then God is in the work.’
