Delivery will be of the goods ordered (subject to clause 1 of these Terms and Conditions) to the delivery address provided and, where possible, by the requested manner of delivery.

See the Shipping Information pages above for details of the delivery options available from each Branch office. Most offices provide standard and expedited/special delivery options.

Please note that any delivery times quoted are best estimates only, and exclude the time needed to process the order and prepare the goods for dispatch.

We do not accept liability for non-delivery of goods (by whatever means) due to circumstances beyond our control. See clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions.

Apart from customers with whom we have an existing trade arrangement, payment in full for goods and services provided must be received prior to dispatch of goods. If goods are supplied under an existing trade arrangement, all goods and their related services remain the property of the Trinitarian Bible Society until paid for in full.

1. You may withdraw from the purchase you have made online by returning goods within 14 days of their receipt without giving a reason. Please inform us immediately of your decision by email or telephone. A full refund (including outgoing postage where it has been charged) will be made when the returned goods are received by the Society. Return postage is not refunded.
2. If you wish to return goods to us for a specific reason, prior agreement must be obtained from us within 28 days of receipt of goods in writing by email or post. We will normally accept goods returned for whatever reason and refund in full (or replace with mutually agreed goods). Where the reason for return is because of a fault with us or third parties we have used, we will refund outgoing postage and reasonable return postage charges (exceptions are given in clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions).

As God is sovereign in all things, we acknowledge that all circumstances are beyond our control. However, we will not be liable where an order is not delivered, or is not delivered within the terms given in clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions above or is not delivered intact, due to unusual circumstances such as an act of terrorism, war, adverse weather conditions, explosion, system breakdown, industrial dispute, etc.
